Limits, named at the start and held to the end
Your therapist decides what a session includes, she says where her limits are before it begins, and those limits hold unchanged for the whole of the visit.
This is the shortest and least negotiable part of any booking here. The content of a session is her decision and nobody else's. She puts her limits into words at the start, briefly, and they stand for the rest of the visit.
Why the exchange happens even in a quiet booking
A guest who has asked for little conversation sometimes hopes this part can be skipped as well. It cannot, and it is not long. Thirty seconds of plain speech at the beginning is what makes an hour of near silence afterwards comfortable rather than uncertain, and a session where neither person has said anything about limits is one where both are quietly guessing.
What she may do, at any point
She may decline a booking before it is agreed or after, without owing anyone a reason. She may end a visit at the moment she chooses. Where her safety or her comfort is not respected, or a limit she has already named is pushed at, the hour stops there. The fee for the time that was held remains due, with nothing added on top.
What this means for you
In practice, very little, because almost nobody runs into it. The guests who read this page carefully are not the ones it exists for. What is worth taking from it is simply that the answer to what a session includes comes from her rather than from a page, that asking her directly at the start is entirely ordinary, and that the terms put the same thing in colder language.
